Tammy Anderson, age 60, a longtime resident of Three Lakes, WI passed away on Saturday October 19, 2024, at her home. Tammy was born on August 6, 1964, in Rhinelander, WI to Louie and Deanna Anderson.
She worked many different careers in her life, including as an EMT in Clintonville, Marion and Goodman, WI. She was also a mail carrier in Goodman, WI and a cook at many of the restaurants in Three Lakes and Eagle River, WI area. Most recently she was a “minnow trainer” at Scotties Bait and Tackle in Three Lakes, WI.
She was an active member of the Three Lakes Lions Club serving most recently as secretary. She was also very involved with the Wounded Warrior Project.
Tammy enjoyed crafting, fishing, cooking, and spontaneous road trips with friends. She loved her many animals and always seemed to have a home for any animal that needed it.
Tammy was preceded in death by her father, Louie Anderson; and companion, William Ellenbecker.
She is survived by her daughters, Shannon (Zach Gerlach) Anderson of Three Lakes, WI and Jocelyn Bellemare of Milwaukee, WI; mother, Deanna Anderson of Three Lakes, WI; sister, Kim Terlizzi of Three Lakes, WI; grandsons, Parker and Cameron; companion, Dave Hilger; other family; and many friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday October 26, 2024, at the Three Lakes American Legion.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made in her name to the Wounded Warrior Project or to the family for expenses related to her death.
