William Garvin
William N. Garvin, 90, of Land O Lakes, WI entered into the presence of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on August 2, 2026.
Bill was born in Dover, NH, the son of the late Clyde & Evelyn (Seavey) Garvin.
He served in the US Army; spent 50 years as a chemist, and in his post-retirement years worked in the Wegman’s Deli Department for 7 years. Bill was also an avid train enthusiast for most of his life.
He is survived by his two children, Kathleen (James) Cushman of Mossyrock, WA, and Michael (Kelley) Garvin of Land O Lakes, WI; eight grandchildren, Katie (Dave) Johnson, Heidi (Chris) Reuter, Samuel Garvin, Joseph (Ellie) Garvin, Molly (Patrick) Miess, Abigail Cushman, James (Amy) Cushman, and William Cushman; nine great-grandchildren, Aaron Reuter, Zackary (Lauren) Reuter, Kenzi Johnson, Mason Reuter, Jordyn Johnson, Natalee Johnson, Josiah Johnson, Harris Miess, and Huck Miess; and one brother, Ross (Donna) Garvin of Waltham, MA.
William was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 60 years, Carol (Simons) Garvin; one granddaughter, Hannah Cushman; and one great-granddaughter, Elanor Miess.
