Northwoods Share is having a Free Community Dinner Tuesday, Dec 3.
Cory Meyer from Pancakes In Heaven is sponsoring this dinner, and will be providing Christmas decorations in memory of loved ones who have passed. Guests will be asked to write down names and let the memories of these folks bring a smile to their faces.
Cory started this tradition of “Remember Me and Smile” dinners when Rodney Martin, brother of Valerie Snedden, passed away in early December, 1996.
This dinner is a spaghetti dinner with garlic bread, salad and brownies for dessert.
Anyone from the community is invited to attend.
Appetizers start at 4:30 p.m. when doors are opened, followed by dinner served at 5:30 p.m. There will be an opportunity to give a free will offering if anyone wants to.
December birthdays will also be celebrated.
