Northwoods Share will host a special Thanksgiving community dinner Tuesday, Nov. 18, at the Lincoln Town Hall in Eagle River, a different location for this event only.
Appetizers will be served at 4:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 5:30 p.m. Aspirus Hospital and Howard Young Medical Center are catering and sponsoring a turkey dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, dinner rolls, and a choice of apple or pumpkin pie for dessert.
“We look forward to hearing from our community, friends and guests, the many reasons for thanks this past year,” organizers said.
The meal is free, though an offering box will be available for anyone wishing to help cover costs.
Lincoln Town Hall is located at 1205 Sundstein Road, just down from the Verizon store on Pine Street.
