PANTRY DONATION

The BoBoen Snowmobile Club and a Secret Santa donated $2,430 and food to the Vilas Food Pantry. Presenting the check and food donations to the Vilas Food Pantry were, pictured from left to right, club members Bob and Judy Schell, Director of the Vilas County Food Pantry Sandy Weber and Gene Weber. Half of the funds were raised at the club’s annual Christmas party by a combination of member donations and a 50/50 raffle. The other half was from matching funds from a Secret Santa. This is the fourth year the snowmobile club and a Secret Santa have made a joint donation to the Food Pantry. The Club members also donated 10 boxes of nonperishable food items.
