FIRST MARKET — Early produce, seedling plants, jams, jellies and other pickled goods were part of the selection offered at the first farmer's market of the season last Wednesday on Highway 45 North. Markets will run from now until Oct. 4 on Wednesdays, and Sundays from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Visitors should note there are signs placed each market indicating that Michigan Street is a one-way thoroughfare during market hours.
