HUNGER'S CALL — Feed Our Rural Kids (FORK) and Pirate's Hideaway teamed up for the PiratesFORKids fundraiser last Tuesday. FORK President Perry Pokrandt was humbled by the fact that well over 500 people came to the event which offered music, pirate ship rides and food with all proceeds benefiting FORK. Here, local musicians Scott Kirby and Frisk of the popular Bret and Frisk duo debut "Hunger's Call," a song that aims to bring awareness to the public of the children who experience food insecurity in their homes.
