Sno-Eagles accepting applications for 2026–2027 Miss Sno-Eagle

Posted

The Sno-Eagles Snowmobile Club of Eagle River is accepting applications for the 2026–2027 Miss Sno-Eagle.

Serving as Miss Sno-Eagle offers young women the opportunity to become active in the community while representing the Sno-Eagles and the sport of snowmobiling at events throughout the year, including the 2027 World Championship Snowmobile Derby.

Benefits of the title include a $1,000 scholarship awarded upon completion of official responsibilities, representation of a well-known community organization, and recognition as a featured model on the cover of the Sno-Eagles’ 2027 trail map.

Miss Sno-Eagle will also receive a custom-embroidered snowmobile suit, accompany Derby Royalty during the World Championship Snowmobile Derby, and have the opportunity to compete in the Association of Wisconsin Snowmobile Clubs (AWSC) Miss Snowflake Pageant as the Sno-Eagles’ representative.

Responsibilities include attending at least two Sno-Eagles club meetings and one board of directors meeting, participating in at least one club fundraiser, marching in the Fourth of July parade, and attending all World Championship Snowmobile Derby events, including Ride with the Cup in January 2027.

“Being Miss Sno-Eagle is an experience of a lifetime — meeting people, making new friends and developing skills that last a lifetime,” a Sno-Eagles spokesperson said. “It opens up new opportunities and is a great addition to a résumé.”

Applications must be received by April 1. Interviews will be conducted.

Applicants must be female and between the ages of 16 and 21. Club membership is not required. A photo and a letter of recommendation from a teacher, employer, church or community leader must accompany the application.
