The Three Lakes Community Foundation is pleased to welcome five new directors to its board — Jess Linderud and Larry Roth, who joined in fall 2025, and Juanita Duchrow, Josh Pike, and Nancy Wilder, who began their terms in early 2026 following transitions due to board term limits.
“We appreciate the dedication and the combined 18 years of service that Jim Morley, Ginger Verch, and Paul Williams provided to the Three Lakes Community Foundation and our small town. Their leadership will be missed,” said Board Chair Linda Goldsworthy.
“With term limits guiding board service, we are excited to welcome a new generation of leaders who care deeply about Three Lakes. I’m excited about the energy and ideas each individual brings as we continue working to make Three Lakes the place to live, work, and play,” she said.
Duchrow relocated to Three Lakes in 2023 with her husband, Matt, and came to appreciate what makes the community so special.
“While the move came during a time of personal transition, I’m deeply grateful for the people who welcomed us,” said Duchrow. “There’s a strong sense of connection and care here.”
With a background in education and an emphasis in financial literacy, she brings a passion for family, volunteerism, and community engagement.
A recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy, Linderud owns and operates Three Lakes Pharmacy and represents a third generation of pharmacists serving the region. Since stepping into her role, she has experienced firsthand the strong support of the local community.
“The Three Lakes community has shown me incredible support as a new business owner. I felt welcomed the moment I took the reins from the previous pharmacists, and I look forward to giving back through the work of the foundation,” said Linderud.
Pike, a local businessman and owner of Hollow Tree Hospitality, relocated to Three Lakes in 2017 after working in Chicago and Los Angeles. Originally from Antigo, he has a deep appreciation for northern Wisconsin’s natural beauty and outdoor traditions.
“Three Lakes can feel like home whether you live here year-round or return for a long weekend,” said Pike. “That sense of belonging and connection is what makes this community so special.”
Pike also shared that he strongly supports the foundation’s mission and hopes to play a role in making a positive impact on the future of Three Lakes.
After spending much of his career in customer service and logistics with Kimberly-Clark, Roth relocated to Three Lakes 12 years ago. A longtime visitor and property owner in the area, he has deep roots in the community and remains active in local volunteer efforts, including the Three Lakes Christian Food Pantry and Lions Club.
“Three Lakes has been an important part of my life for many years,” Roth shared. “I’m honored to serve and support the foundation’s work in strengthening the community for future generations.”
Wilder has been connected to Three Lakes for more than five decades, first as a summer resident and, since 2021, as a full-time member of the community after relocating from Elm Grove with her husband, Dick. A retired alpine ski instructor trainer, she previously coordinated programs for Adaptive Adventures Midwest Ski Program.
“Three Lakes has always been a special place for my family,” Wilder shared. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to give back to a community that has meant so much to us over the years.” She brings a lifelong connection to the area along with a deep appreciation for its recreational opportunities and close-knit character.
The foundation looks forward to the leadership and perspective these new directors will bring.
