• Thursday, Dec. 5, 1 - 3 p.m.: Envision Your Best Self – Make a 2025 Vision Board. Get creative and be inspired to create your own collage of images, words and other materials that represent your goals and aspirations for the new year.
• Saturday, Dec. 7, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.: Monthly Mending Day. Contact the Library to sign up so they know how many menders they need! You can even check out a sewing machine if you want to do your own mending or crafting projects.
• Saturday, Dec. 7, 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.: Hue Got This – Coloring for Grown Ups. Why should kids have all the fun? Bring a friend and join us to relax, socialize, and get colorful.
• Stop in and enter to win 2 tickets to the upcoming HCPA show “Holidays With the Symphony – The Central Wisconsin Symphony Orchestra”. The show takes place on Sunday, Dec. 8 at 4 p.m. at the NPHS auditorium.
• Monday, Dec. 9, 5 p.m.: “My Patchwork Life” with local author Coyote Herron. Coyote’s journey includes being raised on a farm, serving in the Coast Guard, a longtime connection with the Teaching Drum School and over a decade of working cranberry harvests.
• Tuesday, Dec. 10, 4:30 - 6 p.m.: Teen/Tween Countdown Challenge. Put your puzzle-solving and communication skills to the test as you and your team race to defuse a sticky situation before time runs out in this VR game.
• Thursday, Dec. 12, 3 - 5 p.m.: Silent Book Club. Wish you could do a book club but can’t commit to finishing the book? Try out our Silent Book Club where you bring your current read! From 3 - 3:30 p.m., folks can share what they’re reading and make recommendations, then the rest of the time is for enjoying refreshments, relaxing and reading your book.
• Saturday, Dec. 14, 11 a.m.: Check out our new Historical Fiction Book Club! This month, we’re reading “The Dictionary of Lost Words” by Pip Williams, a celebration of words and the power of language to shape the world which tells the story of the development of the first Oxford English Dictionary
